The content on offer already is certainly enough to get me there. As a historical monument of two genre landmarks, it is fantastic; as two individual RPG titles, each is a masterpiece of gameplay and storytelling; but as a modern collection of classic titles, the package falls unfortunately short. Life on the Street, and The Odd Couple, all of which were based on pre-existing materiel. You can sport two or three reasonably sized regiments before their turn-by-turn upkeep cost chokes the life out of your finances. Part I is a beautifully filmed, emotionally satisfying penultimate installment for the Harry Potter series. Warhammer 2 aren't quite so diverse. Well, it was sort of meant as a joke.

Mediocre packaging and emulation quirks aside, it's hard not to like Final Fantasy Anthology. And somehow I never got around to reading the Short Sun books! It was a great disappointment, as I was genuinely really looking forward to my first experience with the series. Are you sure you meant that for me? Do all players turn off their brains nowadays? Each character can be assigned one of 22 possible jobs or classes.
Kay's works sit near the top of the historical fantasy genre and he's a master at it. You nailed it with the last sentence. Martin writes with flair, deftly weaving multiple storylines in a gritty, even brutal, world that consists entirely of gray characters instead of the classic black and white. It can take a few books to get into the series like 2 or 3 books , but if you are patient and bear with the world-building in the first couple of books, the series gets damn good. That means characters often make uncomfortable choices, arguably evil choices. In Braid, reversing the clock solves a series of mind-melting puzzles and, at the same time, symbolizes the haunting power of regret. It's fantasy that's morally ambiguous.
